Full time work in the new job is now underway, but we still have to wait for 3 payslips and a letter from the Employer before the bank will let us go ahead with the loan. At this stage we may be in the new house by Christmas 2009.
We finally had the chance to visit the new Henley Display Centre in Lyndhurst, and caught up with our Sales Consultant and Waterstone Representative, with whom we had a quick chat. On a rough guestimate we wont have any trouble borrowing the amount we require (and much more, if we want...), so it's all good news, but the waiting is killing me!! We all have our fingers and toes crossed that we can get the contract signed before the Wilshire Mk3 is scrubbed off their books and we will have to start again with the Wilshire 483 from their new 'Clendonvale' range. It has a price difference of over $12,000 from when we first signed last November...ouch! There goes my Daniel Robertson bricks...
As far as colours and extra additions go, they haven't changed, and I am still madly looking at furniture and 'housy bits' with lots of inspiration and ideas, but not much purchasing due to having to store everything once we demolish this house (although some things I couldn't resist!!)
While the wait continues, I'll keep slacking off with the house work (what's the point, really?), and packing up a few non essential items in boxes for us to trip over!

Housework - what's that?
Hello
We're at the tender stage of building with henley and still haven't decided if we should use Waterstone. What's your opinion of Waterstone?
Thanks and good luck :)
