We seem to have endless amounts of trouble with our mail redirection. First it took them 4 weeks to get it to the correct address, then a few weeks ago I find a wad of mail in the temporary fence of our block which should have been redirected (correct surname). Today, we have a redirected letter addressed to our neighbour next door to us at the block. Different address and quite different surname. Quite strange indeed, and rather pathetic if you ask me...
What exactly was I paying them for in the first place?? Oh that's right. Redirecting my old neighbours mail to my current address. I think NOT!!
